Dear Friends: On behalf of the Bay Ridge Real Estate Board I am pleased to present our 2009 Trade guide. This publication is a handy tool that we offer to the public as a source of both real estate and general information. It is our wish that these facts and resources will help you in someway. For the past 82 years the Bay Ridge Real Estate Board has made its mark with many accomplishments. Educating its members with our monthly seminars, organizing community events and donating scholarships to our young people, we pride ourselves in reaching out to our community. However, the future remains challenging. We plan to work very hard to meet these new challenges and will continue to provide the latest information and training to our members. In this way, our community will benefit from us, as we are always available to help those who call upon us. Our generous sponsors advertise in this booklet so that you may avail yourselves of their services as well.
